Judge Strikes Down Trump Rule Saving Food Stamps for 700,000

On Sunday, Chief U.S. Judge Beryl Howell struck down a Trump administration rule that attempted to end the Food Stamp Program for 700,000 unemployed Americans. Judge Howell cited the rule was not only arbitrary and but capricious especially in light of the pandemic.
